Quality management systems

ISO 9001 specifies requirements for quality management systems. It provides a framework for planning, controlling, and continually improving organizational processes, such as process control, corrective actions, and internal audits, to ensure products and services consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements. It certifies an organization’s management system rather than specific products.

Innovatrics is certified to ISO 9001:2015. CeMS, s.r.o., the Certifying Authority for Management System, certifies that Innovatrics has established and is applying a Quality Management System for the design, development and implementation of biometric software solutions for both the private and government sectors, including law enforcement agencies. Proof has been provided of compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. (Certificate No. QMS 05323, valid 28 November 2023 – 28 November 2026.)
