DIS API saves weeks of integration effort

Innovatrics today released a new component of Digital Onboarding Toolkit (DOT) that makes it easier than ever for system integrators to develop advanced identity verification and management applications. Digital Identity Service API removes the need for integrators to develop complex logic from scratch, saving weeks of effort and significantly reducing the time to market. 

The new API embeds identity management logic into a single server component, with integrators having the flexibility to configure decision thresholds based on their specific use case. All customer data gathered during an onboarding session is now stored under a single entity, “Customer”, with the API returning an onboarding result without the need for integrators to develop their own logic. 

Digital Identity Service API enables two main features:

• Customer onboarding
• Face biometrics

Customer onboarding is the most common use case. The customer provides their selfie, and photos of their identity document. The provided data is checked for integrity and based on the result, an onboarding score is returned.

The biometric processing of face images allows Innovatrics partners to support specific use cases requiring face biometrics.
