Read moreInnovatrics has partnered with Boom ID to bring contactless palm recognition to identity authorization. The partnership combines Innovatrics biometric technology with Boom ID’s identity authorization platform, helping organizations confirm identity when approving high-value transactions, granting access, or performing other sensitive actions.
Boom ID helps organizations verify who is performing critical actions across digital and physical environments. By integrating Innovatrics contactless palm recognition, the company extends its platform with biometric identity confirmation for workflows such as transaction approval, secure access, workforce verification, visitor management, and vendor authorization.
“Identity has to be confirmed at the moment of action, not just at the front door. Working with Innovatrics lets us bring proven palm biometrics to the real-world moments where trust matters most,” said Greg Hill, COO, Boom ID.
The solution uses a simple palm scan with standard cameras and combines Innovatrics Contactless Palm Recognition with Liveness Detection to help verify the presence of a real person. It fits naturally into existing digital and physical workflows without requiring dedicated hardware, giving organizations another way to strengthen identity assurance at the point where decisions are made.
“We’ve spent two decades building biometric algorithms trusted by governments worldwide. Partnering with BoomID extends that foundation to palm – one of the most promising modalities for everyday identity,” explained Jan Lunter, CEO, Innovatrics.
Together, Innovatrics and Boom ID help organizations extend identity assurance beyond the initial sign-in, supporting secure authorization for both digital transactions and physical access.
