DigiSign, the digital signing platform operated by Digital Solutions, has integrated Innovatrics Identity Verification into its signing process. The solution complements Bank iD, the Czech bank-based digital identity service, with another way to verify customers remotely.
The added verification route helps DigiSign cover cases where Bank iD is unavailable, including international users, while keeping the identity check inside the same digital signing journey.
Innovatrics technology runs within DigiSign’s interface, allowing users to verify their identity using a personal document and selfie while remaining in the same signing flow. The solution runs on DigiSign’s own servers, giving the company control over its processes and personal data.

The integration gives DigiSign another verification route for Czech and international signers when Bank iD cannot be used. Trusted remote verification can now support users across more than 120 additional countries.
The project has also opened identity verification use cases beyond document signing, giving DigiSign another service it can offer to its business customers.
