Innovatrics Masterclass Panama Brings Hands-On ABIS Training to Latin America

Innovatrics held a three-day Masterclass in Panama City, bringing partners and technical teams together for practical training on ABIS, biometric integration, and real use cases across civil ID and criminal investigation.

The event took place at Sheraton Grand Panama and was designed for IT engineers, developers, technical directors, and partner teams working directly with Innovatrics solutions. The format combined product sessions, integration theory, live demos, and guided labs, giving participants a clear view of how Innovatrics technology works in practice.

From Solutions Knowledge to Practical Work

The first part of the program introduced Innovatrics, our solutions portfolio, and the role of biometrics in identity systems. The Masterclass covered both civil and criminal ABIS use cases. Civil identity sessions focused on registration, quality checks, deduplication, and large-scale identity management. Criminal investigation sessions explored case workflows, evidence upload, search, result interpretation, investigation tools, and reporting.

A practical CSI Panama exercise closed the training with a team-based investigation scenario. Participants worked with evidence, linked results, and applied what they had learned throughout the sessions in a more dynamic setting.

Building Local Expertise Through Direct Training

Not only does Masterclass strengthen cooperation with regional partners, but it also helps local teams understand the full potential of ABIS, avoid common implementation issues, and better prepare for production environments.

The Panama edition followed the same practical spirit as previous Innovatrics masterclasses in Latin America and beyond, with a clear focus on knowledge sharing, technical confidence, and real-world application.
