Technical/API Support (part-time)

Job Description

  • Technical support of our products (API biometric libraries)
  • Basic biometric support
  • Analysis of customer needs, code review, email communication with customers
  • Work in a team of colleagues who have passion for technologies

  • Technical university student
  • Good knowledge of English language
  • Experience with programing – at least from university
  • Experience with programming languages such as C/C++, Java and C# are an advantage
  • Preferred are user or admin experience with commonly used operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix, Android, iOS, Windows Mobile)
  • Responsibility and orientation on detail
  • Team spirit and flexibility
  • Willingness to learn new things
