Stunning accuracy

A trusted solution partner and tools that work.

Our matching algorithm uses internally developed search technique called ElasticMatch™ that ensures high accuracy and one of the industry lowest error rates. This technological leadership was demonstrated at a worldwide fingerprint algorithm competition - FVC2004. At this competition, our original algorithm won one bronze and two gold medals in the Open Category. Our original approach to fingerprint recognition leaded to accuracy results that clearly distinguished us from other competitors.

Fingerprint Verification Competition 2006

Innovatrics obtained 1st place on 500dpi fingerprint scanners at University of Bologna, Italy;
The purpose of the competition was to test over 44 algorithms on 4 databases:
* DB 1 - AuthenTec electric field sensor, 96x96 pixels, 250dpi (low resolution)
* DB 2 - Biometrika optical sensor, 400x560 pixels, 569dpi (high resolution)
* DB 3 - Atmel thermal sweeping sensor, 400x500 pixels, 500dpi (high resolution)
* DB 4 - SFinGe fingerprint generator, 288x384 pixels, 500dpi (high resolution)

Fingerprint Verification Competition 2004

Innovatrics obtained 1st place on Digital Persona optical fingerprint scanners at University of Bologna, Italy.”
Graph below shows the ROC curve (False Reject Rate vs. False Acceptance Rate) for various algorithms. The algorithm is more accurate if it’s performance curve is below other curves. Complete test results and testing procedure can be found at:
